WorkSource Centers are free career service hubs operated by the City of Los Angeles. They offer job search assistance, resume and cover letter workshops, interview preparation, skills assessments, training referrals, and direct connections to hiring employers. Multiple locations across Los Angeles.
CalJOBS is California's official online job search portal. Create a free account to post your resume, search thousands of job openings statewide, and access career tools including labor market information, skills assessments, and training program directories.

211 LA connects Los Angeles residents to thousands of community services — including employment support, housing assistance, food resources, health services, and more. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone (dial 211), text, or online.
The Los Angeles Public Library system offers a wealth of free job and career resources. Access online tools, career databases, resume templates, interview guides, and in-person support at library branches across the city.

Youth Employment
Resources for young people
Dedicated employment programs and paid opportunities for young people in Los Angeles County.
Youth@Work is a Los Angeles County program that connects young people ages 14 to 24 with paid internships and work experience at county departments, nonprofits, and private employers. Participants earn a paycheck, develop professional skills, and build their work history.
